Risk-Free First Purchase Guarantee

On your first order of any DeenFuel product, if you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days — even if the product is opened.

We believe in our products and want you to try them with confidence.

Standard Returns – Unopened Products

Unopened items (sealed, unused, and in original packaging) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

Opened Product Returns – After First Order

For returns of opened products on repeat orders, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or there was an issue with the order.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return and confirming eligibility.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

● You received the wrong item

● The item arrived damaged or defective
